Founded on a commitment to quality that is never compromised, we invest in every stage of the supply chain: from grower relationships and agronomic support at farm level, through our certified processing and grading facility, to meticulous packaging lines and strategic freight partnerships that ensure your goods arrive on time, in perfect condition, and fully documented for customs clearance anywhere in the world.

Our team of experienced food technologists, quality assurance specialists, and international trade experts work in concert to maintain the highest standards demanded by importing countries' food-safety regulators — including EU, UK, FDA, and Gulf market requirements. Processing Workflow

From Harvest to Export-Ready — Fast, Hygienic, Traceable.

Speed and hygiene are the twin pillars of our processing philosophy. The shorter the time between harvest and sealed packaging, the greater the retention of natural flavour compounds, essential oils, colour intensity, and bioactive constituents — all of which directly determine commercial value and shelf performance.

Our processing facility operates under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines with hazard analysis based on HACCP principles. The plant is structured into distinct controlled zones — raw material reception, primary cleaning, secondary processing, quality laboratory, packaging, and finished-goods storage — preventing cross-contamination at every stage. All staff undergo regular food-hygiene training and wear full PPE throughout processing shifts.

Our daily throughput capacity exceeds 15 metric tonnes of raw material across all product lines. Automated weighing, moisture monitoring, and optical sorting are integrated at every critical control point, and electronic batch records provide full digital traceability from farm gate to palletised finished goods.

Step 01

Farm-Gate Reception & Intake Inspection

All incoming raw materials are weighed, visually graded, and sampled before entering the facility. Rejected lots are quarantined and returned. Accepted lots receive a unique batch ID enabling full chain-of-custody traceability from this point forward.

Step 02

Primary Cleaning & Destoning

Raw product passes through industrial vibrating sieves, air-classifiers, and gravity destoners to remove soil, stones, sand, stems, and foreign organic matter. This stage alone handles up to 15 MT per day across all product lines.

Step 03

Drying & Moisture Standardisation

Products requiring further drying are processed in our indirect-heat tunnel dryers where temperatures are precisely controlled per product type — protecting volatile oils in ginger and anthocyanins in hibiscus while reaching target moisture specifications.

Step 04

Optical Colour Sorting & Final Grading

Proprietary optical sorters reject discoloured, damaged, or undersized units at up to 3 tonnes per hour. The output is a visually uniform, grade-sorted product that meets or exceeds specification for premium export markets.
